When creating an Account you must provide true, accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service offers investment plans which carry risk, including partial or complete loss of invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. By investing you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Starter Plan (First Plan) — Withdrawal rule:
Note: “active term” means the period during which the particular Starter Plan investment is open according to its product terms (for example, until maturity or until the plan's stated lock-up period expires).
The Company may apply fees for certain services (including but not limited to management fees, withdrawal fees, or currency conversion costs). Applicable fees will be disclosed prior to purchase or within your account dashboard.
To comply with AML and counter-terrorist financing obligations the Company may require KYC checks and documentation from Users. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds until verification is complete.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to attempt to interfere with security, or to engage in fraudulent activity. Any attempt to manipulate the Service may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds at the Company’s discretion.
All content and materials provided by the Company on the Service (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of Novacrest Holdings or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novacrest Holdings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Company may suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or for regulatory reasons. Upon termination, certain pending transactions may be canceled and funds handled in accordance with applicable policies and law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
